Pointe shoes, whats better to use= lambs wool or toe pads?

Everyone is different. I prefer toe pads, but I know girls who use both toe pads and lambs wool. I suggest you get both and see what is best with you. I don't recommend using both pads and wool because you can't feel the floor and sometimes over padding can cause pain.

I personally use toe pads - I think it's a matter of trying it out for yourself. You can feel the floor with lambs wool, but when I tried it , it tended to move around.
