  1. when its best if you try on the shoe to see how different kinds fit and try to get a softer shank

  2. since this is your 2nd pair, and you feel like you need a softe shank, i recommend chacott. chacott has a very soft box and shank for people with not as flexibal arches. as you get more advanced maybe you can go back to the sonatas, and try a different shoe.

    i also recommend mirella.

  3. Well, my personal favorite are Gaynor Mindens, but many of my friends wear Grishko, and they say it's easy to get over the box. Are you going to get sized and everything? If not, you definitely have to! Good luck!

p.s. I recomend not sewing any ribbons or elastic until your teacher see's you in them, and tells you whether or not you'll be able to get over the box!

  4. try to 3 quater ur shank or get a softer shank itoll make ur arch look better. and

  5. well if you want more balance and support on pointe you should definitely try the Bloch "Aspiration" you don't fall as easily

    I hope this helps!

    Good Luck!
