Is this your vine? If it is, it is Virginia creeper. It is not poison, but some say they have had a reaction from it. I grows under the same conditions as poison ivy, maybe that is why it got a bad name. I have poison ivy that keeps coming up with mine. I'm keeping mine, in the fall they turn bright red.

I have it in my yard and have had no problem.
