This question is about EV training in attack, don't bother reading if you don't know what I'm on about, those who do... please help!
I caught an Adamant Gible about 3 days ago
and it is now a Lv 33 Gabite. At the beggining
I gave it a Power Bracer and Pokérus, and
just battled random Pokémon of its level so
I could level it up. I then saw a Vid on youtube
Which said how to EV train attack and the guy
on it gave An Adamant Ramparidos a Power
bracer and Pokérus and Battle 25 machop, and
1 machop without the power bracer with
his Lv. 40 Adamant Ramprados
(the machop were all around level 5-7) and when
he gave the Ramprados a Rare candy, it gained
31 attack stats in one. I said ohh good i gotta try
that! so i went off to the same place and battled 25
machop with the Bracer and Pokérus and 1 machop
without the bracer. I then battled a higher level
pokémon to level up, because I have no rare candies
when it leveled up my Gabite gained 2 attack stats...
I Leveled it again and yet again i recieved 2
attack stats instead of that attractive 31 :P :P :P
Do you have any explaination for this?
Did the previous pokémon I "Randomly Battled" affect
Gabite's EV gain in attack?
Do I now have to start again with another Adamant
Gible?
