Pokemon's Extreme Moves??

Question

Well, I'm wondering if the tutor that teaches the Starter Pokemon the elemental Hyper Beams : Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, Hydro Cannon.

Can you teach those moves to more than one Pokemon? For instance if I teach Frenzy Plant to my Venusaur can I teach Hydro Cannon to my Empoleon after with the same tutor?

That tutor will teach it to all Pokemon who can learn it, your Infernape, Blastoise, Torterra, Sceptile anything the one thing is I think they must have their Happiness maximized.

Yea you can.

All fire starters can learn Blast Burn, and he'll teach to all four (if you have them in your party)

Same for the water + grass types.
