Pokemon Crater....uh..AH!?

Ok, so i know that it got deleted, and i've heard several stories, that Aaron (creator of it) had to go to college and shut it down. But then i heard is friend deleted it, and there's a lawsuit? Can anyone shed some light on the real one perhaps?-

And mainly, is Battle Arena by the same person, or something completely different?-

im a fan of pokemon crater

the real answer is that the creator cannot pay all of the fees  of the website pokemoncrater, so it had been shut down by force. now im playing pokemon indigo but if pokemon crater will come back, ill play it 24/7
