Pokemon D/P question?

This might look a bit os stupid question but there is something I have been wondering. If you raise a pokemon to level 100, will it be stronger? I mean in Wifi battles, if you choose 'Level 100 Single' your pokemon will automatically be at level 100, but will they be as strong (will the stats be the same) as if they had been raised by fighting?

yes i think so but if not sure check stats while in battle

The easiest way is to level it up so then you get used to it anyway

Not really, cause all the Pokemon will be level 100. That sort of balances it out.

No. Your pokemo have to be lvl. 100 or you can't get in a lvl. 100 battle. And ev training would affect how those stats change. Now in battle tower your pokemon are automatically lowered to the neccesary lvl. if usin sothing higher than lvl. 50.
