Is there a code for all the berries? or to max happiness of a pokemon? if so...code please?

There is no code to any of them that don't ruin your game but I know how to get some of the things here is my guide:

Massage your pokémon every day

Feed them poffins they like

don't let them get to low hp

Don't put them in a box.

As for berries

Go around all of the region collecting all the berries you see

Trade someone in pokemon pearl make sure their pokémon is holding a berry you don't have

Speak to everyone as you go along you never know, they might give a berry you don't have

plant any double berry's you may have

Migrate yougr pokemon from fire red, leaf green, emerald, ruby, saphire that have berries

Watch sinnoh now for possibles of wild pokemon holding items like berries and lots of other things and of course catch them

Train a pokemon with the ability pick-up and don't let it evolve  to a form if its evolution does not have the abilty pick-up

Check your pokémon in the box in case they have berries that you forgot about
