say Pokemon A has the power weight on him, and with Pokemon B,c and D holding shared exp. pokemon A killed a Gastradon outside Pal park. would all pokemon gain 6 EV HP each? Thanks alot.

No, but pokemon B C and D all gain 2 HP EVs (there is no division, but they don't get the effect of the weight)
