Pokemon Diamond GTS?

Okay well im kinda new to the GTS and wifi over ds thing but i know that you must see a pokemon in order to trade for it over GTS, but the prob is, i havent seen johto starters and i would like to know how i can get them or see them.

You can get them by trade with a friend that has them or if you have emerald and have completed the Hoenn dex you get to choose a Johto stater and then you can migrate it to diamond/pearl.

This is if you have emerald.If not thier is no way to see them in the game.

You may use GBA versions like Pokemon Leaf Green or Fire Red. After you defeated the Elite four, you will be able to transfer pokemon to your pokemon diamond. So after transfer them to your pokemon diamond, you`l have to Catch them into park balls. They wont miss. After you`d catch them, they`re information will be able at your NATIONAL* pokédex and you can ask them at the GTS.

Another methode is to find a friend (or someone else) who has the pokémon that you want to trade. You should ask your friend if he/she wants to battle with the pokemon you want (to see). After the battle you have seen the pokemon that you want and the information is able in the pokedex. Now you can get it at the GTS. -- You can also ask if he or she wants to trade it.

*As i said, You have to defeat the Elite Four, because then you get the national pokédex to save their information.

1 you can battle someone online that has one, 2 if you have pokemon emerald you can get one of the johto starters when get all the pokemon that can be found in the hoenn region. you can also get them by trading from pokemon XD for the gamecube. its nintendos way of getting us to buy all of the pokemon games to be able to catch them all. you should ask if anyone has them so you can battle them and then look.

Currently the only way to get Johto starters without trading over WiFi is to complete the Hoenn Pokedex in Pokemon Emerald. If you can't do that, the only way to see/get them is to either fight someone who uses them in battle over WiFi, or request that someone trade them to you over WiFi.

Or, uh, of course, you can use Action Replay, but where's the fun in that?
