  1. You have to have beaten the elite 4, and you have to have the National Dex. To get the National Dex, you have to have seen all of the Pokemon in the Sinou dex, then go see professor Rowan.

  2. Okay, well there's a few things that need to be done before you can migrate, you just have to keep working toward it.

First, you need to finish the game in "story mode" which means beating the elite four. Then, you must have seen every pokemon on your default pokedex in the game. After that, you go see Professor Rowan and then you talk to him, you will be offered what is called the "national pokedex" Which is a pokedex with all pokemon from all regions. You will get a pleasant visit from an old friend Professor Oak.

From there,  you must go down all the way through route 220 and 221 and to the far right corner of the map. [You will need a pokemon that knows surf] Then you will reach Pal Park. Once inside, save and turn off your game.

You can finally migrate! Now, choose six pokemon, but if they know and hidden moves [HM's] then delete them, the move delter in emerald can be found in Lilycove city. Then you may transfer six per day, [DO NOT RESET YOUR CLOCK TO MAKE TIME GO FASTER, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 24 HOURS!] and once you transfer go talk to the man in the pal park building, then he'll offer for you to do a "catching show" do so, and go get your pokemon! You will be given six 'park balls" which are equivilant to master balls. Be sure to watch which pokemon you bring in and what area they may be in in the small park [IE water pokemon would be in the water]

Then you can box them up and repeat each 24 hour period until you get all of them that you want.

    Good luck and have fun!

  3. To migrate pokemon over from the GBA games you need to have gotten all gym badges, beaten the elite 4, and have seen all 150 pokemon. The Pal Park is located off the coast of Sandgena u will need surf. Note that the pal park will be closed untill you do all these things. If u need help finding All 150 pokemon i'd suggest these two sites they worked for me!
