Pokemon Diamond National Dex

Question

I have found all the freakin pokemon but when i go to sandgem town i told to Lucas he said wow youve found all the pokemon but then i go in the lab and the professer isnt there. hes in the lake but he wont upgrade it.

What professer do i talk to and where and how to find him

uhh maybe u need to go 2 the pal park prof.oak will upgrade ur dex

you need to defeat the elite four and then talk to the professor at the pal park on route 222 i think can´t remember the route,,,,

then will he upgrade your pokedex
