Pokemon Diamond - Need Help Choosing My Team?

I've just started Pokemon Diamond over again and need help choosing six pokemon for my team out of nine choices. They are:

Infernape [Fire/Fighting]

Luxray [Electric]

Roserade [Grass/Poison]

Mothim [Bug/Flying]

Honchkrow [Dark/Flying]

Lucario [Fighting/Steel]

Weaville [Dark/Ice]

Garchomp [Dragon/Ground]

Floatzel [Water]

I'm aiming to hopefully get a well-rounded and balenced team from these. Can anybody recommend one?

Also, is there any other decent water Pokemon in Diamond apart from Buizel/Floatzel ?

A better water pokemon would be Gastrodon or Gyarados.  Gyarados is good because it's a dual Dragon type.
Out of those 9, I would choose Infernape, Luxray, Roserade, Honchkrow, Lucario  and Weaville.
My team for the elite four was Torterra [Grass/Ground], Gastrodon [Water/Ground], Staraptor [Flying], Luxray [Electric], Medicham [Fighting/Psychic] and Gengar [Ghost/Poison].  They served me pretty well.
