your team is awesome!! i would not make any changes. With a team thet good, i will let you in on a hint. there is a way to get celebi and jirachi in diamond and pearl heres how;

CELEBI

beat the pokemon league 10 times or more

go to the bottom of solaceon ruins.

the 100 pokemon you find at the bottom( or 101) will be celebi!!

JIRACHI

beat the pokemon league 10 times or more

go to iron island.

when you enter, take the stairs on the right.

the 100 pokemon you find there(or 101) will be jirachi!!
