Pokemon Diamond and pearl, moves for my Lucario and Electivire?

Question

My lucario knows Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, Close Combat, Calm Mind.

Should i replace close comabt, with high jump kick or Sky uupercut also other pokemon's on my team know close combat.

Electivire knows cross chop, fire punch, ice punch, thunderblot

should i replace fire punch or ice punch with any other mvoe?

This is what moves I think your Lucario should know:

Aura Sphere/Close Combat (depending on witch stat is the highest, sp.attack or regular attack)

Dragon Pulse

Psychic to take care of fighting types

And maby water pulse to take care of ground and fire, but if you're attack is higher than your sp.attack, you should teach it Earthquake instead, so you can atleast take care of fire types.

Eelctivire should learn Thunder Punch instead of thunderbolt, since it's got higher attack than sp,attack (You can go to Pastoria City and teach it from the move tutor for a hear scale) Fire Punch and Ice Punch should stay but maby you could teach it a status attack like Thunder Wave.
