Pokemon Diamond can you change in-game avitar using action replay?

is there an action replay code to change your in-game avatar (the guy walk around as) to other people and if so is there a code for changing into Riley (the guy who gives you the riolu egg on iron island) if you search this could be an easy best answer

You Can Try Using The Program PokeTEX, first u have to dump your games data onto the computer and then edit the sprite with this program and then use your SD Flash Card to Transfer the game back to the Nintendo DS, this is the only way at the current time
