Pokemon Diamond comment and rate my team

Question

I need some help with my team in pokemon diamond. Right now I have this team:

Alakazam Lv. 78

-Psychic

-Shadowball

-Shock wave

-Skillswap

Torterra Lv. 100

-Cunch

-Earthquake

-Giga Drain

-Frenzy Plant

Milotic Lv. 100

-Ice Beam

-Aqua Ring

-Blizzard

-Dragon Pulse

Dialga Lv. 71

-Ancient Power

-Earthpower

-Dragon Claw

-Roar of time

Lucario Lv. 100

-Aura Sphere

-Close Combat

-Dark Pulse

-Shadowball

Infernape Lv. 65

-Blast Burn

-Flamethrower

-Rock Smash

-Cut

I am going to change my Infernape for a Charizard and learn him

-Fly

-Sesmic Toss

-Mega Kick

-Flamethrower

(Is there anyone who can trade or hack a Charizard for me? I would be very happy then because I have no friends that play pokemon that I can trade with... In case you can trade or hack me a Charizard, my friend code is; 4253 5143 5438)

So, what do you think, is this a good team or is there anything that I should change?

Alakazam:

Psychic and Shadowball can stay, but get rid of shock wave for energy ball since it's more powerfull, and skill swap for recover.

Torterra:

Just remove giga drain, my guess is that it won't do much damage since Torterra is an attack pokemon, switch it out whit a rock move like  rock slide or stone edge instead (it will take care of all it's weaknesses; fire, ice, flying and bug).

Milotic:

Change Blizzard with surf, blizzard rarely hits, and Milotic should know a water move.

other that that, it's perfect, considering it can't do anything about it's weaknesses, except for the occasional grass pokemon who can't handle ice attacks.

Dialga:

I'm not sure if you're Dialga is a sp.attack pokemon or just an attack pokemon. But if it's a special attack pokemon, it should know this moves:

Aura Sphere

Dragon Pulse/Roar of Time (sure it's a cool move and all, but you have to recharge it, witch can be critical if you wifi battle)

Ice Beam (to take care of ground types)

And maby just flamethrower for the fun of it ;)

But if it's an attack Dialga, it should know this moves instead:

Dragon Claw

Earthquake

Aerial Ace (to take care of fighting types)

Ice Beam (it should still have a pretty high sp.attack even if it's an attack pokemon)

Lucario:

This can also be either an attack pokemon or a sp.attack pokemon. If it's a sp.attack pokemon, it should know this moves:

Aura Sphere

Water Pulse (to take care of both fire and ground)

Psychic (to take care of fighting types)

Then you can just keep dark pulse, or you can switch it whit dragon pulse with is more powerful.

I'm not gonna rate your Infernape since you wanna switch it out with Charizard. And not the charizard you're thinking of, since you haven't got it yet. I can trade you a Charmander if you like? My Charizard know it's way around the daycare center now. ;)

woaaaaa awsome team but i think u should keep infernape and remove dialga hes not all that great and millions of people have him , instead of him get a good flyer ex: altaria is an awsome dual type flyer oh and if u keep infernape..... remove the move rock smash it sucks big time i mean 20 damage? come on ps no offense

its kind of ok, i guess, but my team is A LOT better

my whole team is lv.100 and i didnt even cheat

i would work a little harder before trying to brag.
