Pokemon Diamond help needed! My Riolu is at level 15, and my poketch says it's happy but it won't evolve?

First you have to get your Riolu to have 2 big hearts (try doing this by giving it massages in veilstone city or in the resort area, and by giving it poffins). But Riolu will only evolve by friendship and it will only evolve in the day time if you battle with it then. It may take awhile until it evolves but just keep battling with it during the day (with friendship) and eventually it'll evolve. I hope this helped!

just keep trying. it will happen eventually. make sure it's daytime, feed it a lot of poffins that it likes, keep it in first place, win a lot of battles, give it the soothe bell, and go to give it massages. the poketch jumps the gun sometimes.

well you have to make it happy. have it hold a soothe bell and fight with it during the day and around level 20 or 25 it will evovle

Hi just give it a sooth bell and lots of poffins and always keep it healthy with it in first position in your party. I did this and it evolved on level 30 during the day hope i help :D

keep on feeding the puffins that ur Riolu likes and it will evolve during day time only until level 30 when it will automatically evolve
