Pokemon Diamond help please?

In pokemon diamond I ccan't seem to get past fantina in the 5th gym I have tried nine times and I still can't get past her. I don't know why I can't because I got past it in my old pokemon diamond game when I started a new game though I just havn't been able to do it I seem to get past all the pokemon then fantina uses magial lea I am now at the point where I am getting fustrated because I used to be way ahead of my friends because I had heatran and that now I am on the 5th gym and my friend is on like stark mountain and my other friend has just past the elite 4!!! my team is,

Prinplup lv 49: grass knot, brine, water gun, steel wing (I think) I fed it 5 proteins a carobs and calcium Hp about 120

Aipom lv 49: Swift, headbut, curse fire punch

haunter lv 48:Protect, Return,Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse

Luray (Holds a berry which wakes it up as soon as it is asleep)Lv 49 (*almost 50) Scary Face,Spark, Hyper Beam, Rest

Chimchar (Got in trade and grows fast, been training a lot also holds exp share) Lv 15: Ember, Toxic, Iron Tail, flame thrower

Please rate my team remembering that I do not use rare candy or cheats and that I go chimchar in a trade

I think its cause none of your pokemon know a dark move. Get luxray to know crunch (level 35)

and since your past the level, if you have gone to pastoria already, go there and use a heart scale him, the move rememberer is in patoria by the lake. He charges on heart scale which is a rare item in the underground. But it will help you.

Evolve prinplup. It has learned the last move it possibly can. When you evolve it into empoleon, it's defense will raise. Then teach it surf, Ice beam, and hydro cannon. If you need and ice beam tm email me.
