Pokemon Diamond, not letting me deposit Pokemon?

Question

Today I was playing my Diamond Pokemon game and I have four Pokemon in my party (counting one egg) and I tried to deposit one of my Pokemon but it keeps saying it's the last Pokemon in my party, even though I have two more. Can anyone tell me why it's doing?? I can deposit my other Pokemon just fine, but for some reason it won't let me. If I put a Pokemon into my party it will let me remove it, but then I can't remove that Pokemon I added.

Please!! Someone help me!!

(My Pokemon in my party are Latias, Flaaffy, an egg, and the Phanpy which is the one it won't me me remove)

Ok in the new games Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Soul Silver, Heart Gold there is this error if u have a fainted pokemon the pc will not let u deposit also i noticed in SS and HG if u have a egg in the first slot and a team off legendary's(only+egg) the game sumtimes will say the box is full or tell you u cannot deposit any more.

P.S.= u cant take phanpy out till the egg hatches.
