it is balanced but the pokemon you have dont have good stat totals. i highly suggest you take away sunflora and replace it with a tankish torterra, or if you cant get one, then pick a roserade. you need more tanks and annoyers. use roserade as an annoyer if you get one. also replace ninetails for arcanine if you can. replace politoed for milotic or poliwrath. keep kabutops especially if you put in poliwrath. this is my opinion.

if those are the pokemon you like! personally i wouldn't use ariados just because he has weak stats and also creeps me out. i would replace him with scizor or something. otherwise, sounds really good.
