How do I make myself evolve? I know you have to rescue scizzor and defeat drowzee because he wants revenge but I don't know were to find drowzee and what do you have to do after that to evolve? Please help =]

You're a little bit off. You don't have to battle Drowzee again, but he does play an important role again. There's quite a few events that must happen before you evolve. The only way, however, is going through the entire post-game storyline and recruit Palkia. So if you have completed the Scizor thing, talk to Sunflora in the Guild and go to the Surrounded Sea. That's as far as I'll talk because I do not want to spoil the events.
