Pokemon EV training question?

Question

okay, bear with me while i try to word this: how do i figure out which pokemon give what EV's? like, bidoof gives 1 HP EV, right? so is there a website that lists what pokemon gives what EV and how much? does EVERY pokemon give an EV?

or can you just list the pokemon that give special attack, speed, defense, etc EV's?
