Pokemon Emerald Save Problems

Question

So I bought Pokemon Emerald off Ebay for my DS. When it loaded up it gave me the message "the save file has been loaded, the game can be played". I thought that was pretty weird, but kept on playing. So I beat the elite four and the game saves and restarts. It then gives me the message "the save file has been erased due to corruption or damage, the game can be played". So then I thought I'll just transfer the emerald starters to my diamond, because I was so pissed off, but it didn't show "Migrate from Emerald" so I go back and it gives me the same message that the save file has been erased. Does anyone know what is going on or if there is any way to fix it?

no wrong its not a scam cause same thing happens to me and the game i bought was from the store fresh and it was working fine until i tried to migrate. well the point is my game keeps erasing whenever im playing a ds game and the GBA cartrige is in...
