Pokemon FireRed Move Deleter?

I need to know where the move deleter is in Firered so my Pidgeot will forget the move "Fly" Then I'll be able to transfer him over to Pokemon Pearl. So if you know where the move deleter is in Pokemon Firered PLEASE tell me!!
