Pokemon HELP!!! I keep using the poke radar and it's supposed to find RARE POKEMON not REGULAR POKEMON!!!!!!!

why do I FIND REGULAR POKEMON!!!!

Thats cause only they appear in certain areas and they are also rare. Here are some to catch

Nidoran/Nidorino: Lake acucity

Wobbuffet: Lake acucity, Lake verity, Lake Valor

Ralts: Catch it by going North from Jublife city

Dusclops: Route 224

ummmmm-.- just go to a place with grass with high lvl pokemon are use it there.....viola! u got ur self a powerful pokemon
