Pokemon Help! Card Trading?

Question

So my dad and me want to get my brother (6) a deck of pokemon. What do you recremend?

He likes the following pokemon (dont have to be in decks):

Arrgon

Aron

Larion

Suicune

Charizard

Metagross

Shiftry

That monkey fire pokemon for Crystal

Spheal

Mightyena

Glalie

Blaziken

Sharpedo

Absol

Blastiose

Gyarados

Latias

Regi(ice, rock, steel)

Donphan

Crawdaunt

Feraligatr

Elactabuzz

Dragonite

And thats it, SO heres the low-down:

Can get him 2 decks/ $50 in total of pokemon

(doesn't like Yugioh and Chaotic, so dont try that)

Really good at it, went to a championship and got 12/145 or so

needs good pokemon

~his old champion ones got stolen~

Needs an idea for a deck, types he should have (energys)

What are some good decks?

What are good boosters

Tins? Are they good?

I know this is ton but it would really help and in 3 days were buying what ever you say, no let downs plz

By the way, dont say he's a loser or anything and he tried Yugioh, hates it

Since he likes Blaziken, you could make a Firestarter deck. The main cards are Magmortar/Blaziken/Delcatty. It is a GREAT deck, and it works very well every time.

-To get Magmortar, buy his theme deck

*I have play Yugioh and Pokemon. I think yugioh is better(just barely), but Yugioh is WAY to expensive!!!

well i would try to get several types of cards,i don't know how many pokemon you're allwed but i would use these-

Arrgon

Metagros

Charizard

Regiice

Electrabuzz

Dragonite

that means you have a range of defences and each pokemon can defeat your other pokemon weakness

2nd if he had a chamion deck how could he let it get stolen
