Pokemon Leaf Green - Second Password to Rocket Warehouse?

Question

I know you have to go to the dotted hole on 6 Island, BUT when I go there, a scientist is standing in front of it. What do I do?

You have to go to 4th island and confront team rocket

with that ice lady from the Pokemon league.

Then go back to the dotted hole, and the scientist won't be there. Use cut to open the door. After go find the sapphire but the scientist will come back to steal it from you, but luckily he'll blurt out the second password after. Then you go to the Rocket Warehouse where you battle him and get it back.

If you went to the warehouse and put in the password Goldeen need log, then you should be able to go down into Dotted hole by using cut on the door. Or you could just talk to  him.And then look up some Pokemon braille codes, for Up, down, left, right.

Then when you get there, get the Sapphire, let the Scientist steal from you, get the password "Yes nah Chansey" and go back to the warehouse and then when you're finished with that, go give it to Celio.

Then, go retrieve Mewtwo, but save your Master ball, for Entei or Suicune or Raikou!

You'll find the first password after you've defeated the Elite 4. Return to Mt. Ember, and you'll find two Rocket Grunts standing by a cave entrance. Defeat them, and you'll be rewarded with the password "Goldeen need log".

Then head to Floe Island (Island 4), and head inside Icefall Cave. Once you've reached the back, you'll meet up with Lorelei from the Elite 4, and aid her in battling Team Rocket.

Once they've been defeated, they'll mention the Rocket Hideout, and that you need two passwords to enter.

The second password is found on Fortune Island (Island 6), at the Dotted Hole. Go there with a Pokémon that knows Cut. Approach the door, and upon inspection the Braille reads "CUT." Obviously, use Cut on the door to open it. Once inside, follow the Braille directions (two symbols means up, five means right, four symbols starting with a straight line (Like the letter I) is left, and the other is down) to the Sapphire. A Rocket Scientist has followed you, and will steal the Sapphire before you can take it.

He'll tell you the second password, "Yes, nah, Chansey", and tell you about the Rocket Hideout on Chrono Island (Island 5).

Head there and use the passwords to go in and retrieve the now-stolen Sapphire.
