Pokemon Leafgreen help?

Ok, im pissed becuz i have this articuno down to like 2hp (no exaduration) and its asleep and ive thrown like 10 ultras (and ive tried throwing ultra, great, then just pokeball cuz some one said it would confuse it wich doesnt work) so plzz help

Sometimes it just doesn't make any sense how it doesn't work. A lot of the time when I'm catching stuff like that it takes possibly 30 ultra balls. If you saved right before you tried to catch sometimes restarting is just hte best thing, sometimes you're lucky and can get away with throwing about five to ten ultra balls. A lot of the time it's just luck.

i caught all three birds with ultra balls.

just make there hp red, give it a status

problem besides poison and burn.

and throw ultra balls.

i bought 9 ultra balls for each.

i did this in firered but it should work

first you go get zapdos

then either get moltres' or use zapdos' fire or electric atacks to get it to a burnt or paralized status while health is red this should work with ultra balls

i caught all legendary birds and mewtwo with ultra balls

important save before battles

It took me about 50 ultras don't give up and always save before fight. Oh and I don't no if it will help but I think pushing down B helps when it is in a poke,great,ect.
