Pokemon Moveset Help?

Question

Raichu - Thunder, Volt Tackle, Iron Tail and ???

Spiritomb- Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Ominous Wind, Dark Pulse

Dialga - Roar of Time, Draco Meteor, Giga Impact, Dragon Claw

Infernape - Grass Knot, Close Combat, Flamethrower, Blast Burn

Blissey- Earthquake, Rest, Double Edge and ????

Lucario- Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Extreme Speed, Close Combat

Help would be most appreciated...

Levels don't matter here, well they do, just not right now cause i only want the moves

Raichu - Thunder Volt Tackle Iron Tail and Discharge if you want a physical attack, and thunder wave if you want a status move

Blissey - Earthquake, NO REST EGG BOMB, double edge and SOFTBOILED(Like Rest but doesnt make you sleep.)

I would teach Raichu Charge Beam and Blissy Sotfboiled!

On Raichu, breed for one with Hidden Power Ice, give it Nasty Plot, Grass Knot,  and Thunder Bolt

For Spiritomb, replace Dream Eater with Will-o-Wisp, and replace Ominous Wind with Pain Split

For Dialga, replace Roar of Time with Fire Blast, and Giga Impact with Brick Break

For Infernape, re breed it and level a Chimchar to 23, it will learn nasty plot. Now teach it Close Combat, Grass Knot, and Flamethrower

For Blissey, replace Rest with Softboiled, Earthquake with Thunder Wave, Double edge with Ice Beam, and add Aromatherapy or Heal Bell.

Good moveset for Lucario.
