Question

Is there any way to prevent or predict where a monster house will be. I'm sick of being on the last floor, and finding that the door out is a monster house.

If you have the IQ Skill: House Avoider, it immediately deactivates the Monster House. Its one of the last IQ Skill a pokemon learns after eating an astounding amount of gummis. You can tell if you will learn it by checking Serebii.Net under IQ Skills and matching up your known IQ Skills and narrowing down your group. If you don't have that IQ Skill, use the Luminous Orb to find the stairs. Or you could stock up on Pure Seeds to warp you to the stairs. If you do run into a Monster House, I find it helps to have a Slumber Orb, a Totter Orb, or a Foe-Seal Orb for Darkness, All-Mach Orb, Quick Orb, or a Foe-Hold Orb for Time. Just use those and you can either pick off each Pokemon or just run to the stairs. Also, if a Pokemon is on the steps when you stun them, if you have Time, you can use a Switcher Orb to switch with them for a quick escape. Hope this helps. Good Luck
