i found team Raider at beach where they saved dugtrio. now what is the role of team raidor next? i tried everything but team Raider is still speaking the same thing.

Team Raider does not play any other role other than saving Dugtrio from drowning on the beach.  They will not go anywhere or do anything and they have no other interaction with the game other than saving Dugtrio from drowning.
