Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Darkness Rescue Help?

Well I sort of was in Brine Cave, I think floor 6 or 7, and then a Dewgong came along and used Sheer Cold, which is a OHKO move, even on Charmander. Also I didn't have any Reviver Seeds with me, just a whole lot of Oran Berries, and some Pure Seeds.

I just wish someone could rescue me and revive my team. My rescue code is 0000 0031 3656.

Please I would really appreciate it, if someone could help me out and revive my team.
