Pokemon Mystery dungeon 2: time cant see map on top screen?

Question

when im playing pokemon mystery dungeon 2: explorers of time I look at the top screen and i see the controls, but i want to see the map and characters HP points, how do i do this?

yeah i had trouble with the controls 2 when i first started playing explorers of tme ok push the X button & the menu comes up  now go down to TOP SCREEN & scan RIGHT until it says MAP & TEAM save your changes & your done..glad 2 help :)

Okay then, when you resume playing your game, pause the game, whether you're in town or in a dungeon. Scroll down to "Options" on the game screen and click on it. Then go down to the second option that says "Top Screen". Then press right or left on the control pad until you find the option you like. I personally like the "Stats and Map" option. Yeah, I know this is basically another carbon copy of the previous answers, but I hope in some way this helps. Good luck.

Continue your game from where you left off.  

Press X  to go to the pause menu.

Go down to "Others".

Choose the submenu "Options".

If you are in the default settings, use the touch screen to change what the top screen is used for beside the "Top Screen" settings.

Its easy first you have to do these steps:

PS: you could only see the map when you are in a dungeon

Settings:

Press "X" when you r in a dungeon

Press "OTHERS" on the menu

Then press "options"

then it will say a bunch of things but go to the 1 that says "top screen"

press the "left" or "right' botton to change the prescription on the top screen

choose the "team stats", it lets u see their hp and status

or u could choose the "map and team" one it shows to map and your team level and hp........
