I did everything in this video to get to Lake Valor

but how do you get to Sunshore City I mean even when i finished it the guy in the blue shirt is still blocking my way

how do i make the guy that is blocking the entrance to route 222 let me through?

You can't get to Sunyshore City until you defeat Team Galactic at the peak of Mount Coronet. Once you do so, the man in the blue shirt will move. Just keep completing the events you still need to do to defeat Team Galactic. Like after you battle Saturn at Lake Valor, you have to go to Lake Verity and battle Mars.

To get to sunnyshore you have to get palkia at the spear pillar first. You have to start at celestic city and go into the cave. when you get there you have to beat the commanders. After capture palkia with a master ball-(optional). Then go back. After you can go back to lake valor and the guy won't go in your way. hope i helped.
