Pokemon Pearl, Your Saved File Has Been Corrupted do to damage??.....?

Question

I was playing Pokemon Pearl and decided to take a break i turned it back on to play again and it told me my saved file had been corrupted do to damage and so and so. I waited a bit in shock and all of a sudden it began to start the game all over again. I was so far in the game to be exact I was at Pokemon League. Is there anyway I can recover it. HELP

i was in the pokemon leage too

i talked with the guy at the door
i showed all my badges

then i got disconnected
later i restart ... AND CORRUPTED
