Is the starting pokemon in pokemon platinum gonna be the same or different than pokemon Diamond/Pearl?

Of course because they can't add more pokemon and like with emerald and ruby and sapphire the starters stayed the same so yea they do stay the same

yea they are gonna be the same. they already came out w/ a new list of pokemon

it's going to be the same because this game is going to be a remake of pokemon diamond and pearl. so like pokemon emerald, most of the things are gong to stay the same but with new features.
