Pokemon Question on gallade plz help!?

ok, i know this is pretty picky but id like to know the EASYIST possible way to get a gallade to know the moves ice punch and hypnosis with an adamant nature. plz say it step by step including where each location is.id also like to know where in emeald is the move tutor.

ps. i have emerald version and know that ill need it to get ice punch

breed a kirlia or wahtever iwth something that has hypnosis. then wait for an adamant egg. when it hatches it should av hypnosis, level it up until it evolves to a kirlia, then go teach it ice punch via move tutor. migrate it to d or p then giv it dawn stoen
