Pokemon Red For Mobile?

Does any have a link for a rom of pokemon red coz i have meboybuilder and i just need to get the rom so i can put it on my phone...

also does any1 no how to save it? i had it for a wile b4 and it wouldnt save.. then i got a new phone and thats y i dont have it now...
