Pokemon Sapphire Eevee evolve into Espeon in nighttime

Question

Ok so I was using my level 57 Eevee in th pokemon leauge and it leveled up, I finished the fight and next thing you know.....what eevee is evolving. But instead of the Umbreon I was expecting it was an Espeon at 9:30 pm I already know all the other stuff about Espeon 12am to 12pm Umbreon 12pm 12am so why did it evolve into espeon?

Wow you guys suck the only way to get umbreon is to use a moon stone on it.

Mine keeps doing the same thing.
I keep evovling it at different times of the day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and all I get is Espeon.
