Pokemon Stadium Question?

OK I use to have Pokemon Stadium(1 I think) and I just got a new one today which appears it may still have the file on it...I was wondering how do you get the legendary pokemon such as Mew,mewtwo,the legendary birds?I use to have them on my old PS but I lost it....Thanks for the help =D

The Legendary Birds should already be there.

As for Mewtwo and Mew, you need to have an old pokemon game (blue or red, maybe even yellow) and the transfer pack that goes in the back of the controller. You place your pokemon red/blue in the transfer pack and you can transfer Mewtwo/Mew if you have them.

If the birds aren't there, you put them there the same way as Mewtwo/Mew.

Mewtwo you need to catch in in cerulean cave. Mew you can't get. The birds you have to catch in the GB games as well.
