Pokemon better stats help. ?

Question

how can i make a pokemon to get bigger stats than it's max stats? i mean mewtwo's max speed is 394, how can i get more speed like 400+ to my mewtwo? btw without action replay or gameshark. I know that there is a way. i'll reward the best answer with ten points.

i dont think there is a way but thinking about it if  yr mewtwo has maximum speed IV's then with maxed EV's and the right nature it might be able to get over 394 but i'm not 100% sure on that but u could always give an item to hold to improve its speed (if there is one?)

Trust me use game sharks (CODE BREAK EMULATOR) , My first pokemon with a level 38 had attack 999 Defense 999 etc...

It is also possible to use protien calcium those stuff etc.. but these are rare

well with out action reaply or game shark... there really isn't a way. if you are talking about pokemon diamond or pearl...i KNOW there isn't a way. if your talking about fire red opr one of those im pretty sure there isn't a way. there might be with action replay but i doubt it

There is EV training, but if your pokemon is level 100 it's too late.  If it's not search up EV training and you'll find out how to do it.  It's basically battling certain pokemon to make a stat go up more.  Protein and other things like that boost your EVs so they also don't work after level 100.

Two ways I am guessing

One: EV (effort values)

Hatch a pokemon and start training him with the right pokemons against him, once you do, you'd get a few EVs, like one or two depending on the pokemon. It might take a while to get it right, but the stats are pretty worth it. On rare chances theres Pokerus, its a "disease" that spreads to all in the party where EVs are doubled, very good, but very hard to find, you might take very, very, very long just to find it, but just to let you know :)

Two: Nature

ALL pokemons will have it, it might be modest, or .. sassy, or ... stuff like that, its all on what you want to train  and whats best for them like Lucario having a special (aura sphere, water pulse, stuff like that) try Modest. And stuff like that.
