What are the chances of getting a Level X pokemon in a pokemon booster box?

The Majestic Dawn expansion set had 4 total Lv.X (Glaceon, Leafeon, Garchomp and Porygon-Z).  In my experience (opened ~5 boxes myself, plus witnessed ~30 at 2 different prereleases), there have been 1 Lv.X per booster box.

I've heard the new set, Legends Awakened, averages 2 Lv.Xs per box.
