Pokemon d/p - I need to catch feebas!!!?

I no u have 2 go down to mt coronet and fish in the lake and try every tile but I've spent 30 minutes fishing half the lake and i havent even seen one whiscash let alone feebas. is there a way to attract feebas so it will increase the chance of seeing it? im using the good rod, is that right or which rod will be better to fish in (i dont have the super rod yet)?

sry, but there isnt any way to "attract" feebas. ull have to count on ur luck. rod doesnt matter. theres a specific number of feebas tiles and theres only feebas on these tiles. u wont have to fish a tile twice. if a tile doesnt contain a feebas on ur first try, u wont get it at the 2nd try. (dont use old rod tho, since sum ppl says it doesnt work)

I got fed up with catching one so I transferred one from my Sapphire version. Maybe you should try this or trade from one of your friends or the Wifi.
