Pokemon diamond HM slave?

Question

I need an HM slave that will help me get through Route 210 to Celestic town. In otherwords, it needs to know Defog and possibly Cut and/or Rock Smash. Any suggestions?

bibarel knows every hm except fly and defog. starly can learn those.

EDIT: oh, stunky knows them all.

same as the first guy said. catch a bibarel teach it cut rocksmash strength and just get a straly/staraptor/staravior and teach it defog
