i need a aron to eveolve him to aggaron so do i have to bet the elite 4

you have to beat the elite 4. then you have to see all sinnoh pokemon, and then you will get the pokeradar

1) u get the pokeradar at the palpark after u complete the pokedex

2)u cant get an aron on pokemon pearl but i know u can get it on emerald

well yes you do you have to complete the sinnoh region pokedex finished and to do so you have to beat pokemon champ so when you complete sinnoh pokedex return to the professor dude and get pokeradar and the other pokedex for all pokemon meaning you have to migrate your pokemon from the other games fire red/leaf green, ruby/sapphire/emerald and/or gold/silver/crystal to your diamond/pearl game.
