how do u get/find the move "block" and/or "mean look"?

you can't find the move "mean look".... you could try catching a golbat, most of them knows the move. and for "block" i'm not sure.... i hope this helped a little....XD

you must go in mt coronet and caught a bronzong i think they are like lv 40

Both block and mean look are learned by leveling up.  As far as I know you can't find it.
