Pokemon diamond budew?

i know the only way to make budew evolve, is through happiness, and so, is there anyway to make it happier, or to check how happy it is

Happiness is modified in the following ways:

POSITIVE EVENTS:

    * Gaining a level (+2)

    * Walking 256 steps (+1)

    * Stat modifiers (+2)

    * Using Soothe Bell (+1 for each other positive event)

    * Massage in Veilstone City by girl in house nearest to Gym (+3)

    * Massage at Ribbon Syndicate in Resort Area (+6)

  

ex. If you equip a soothe bell to budew then walk 256 steps, budew will get +2 happiness points instead of +1 point because of the soothe bell.

NEGATIVE EVENTS:

    * Faint (-1)

    * Energypowder (-5)

    * Heal Powder (-5)

    * Energy Root (-10)

    * Revival Herb (-15)

    * Trading a Pokémon (reset to 70)

    * Migrating it from a GBA Game (reset to 70)

keep walking around with it, take it into battles, dont let it die, keep it healed. you can give it the soothe bell to hold from the pokemon mansion.

you can check happiness with one of the poketch apps ( i think you get it from eterna city). if you have 2 big hearts, you have max happiness.

Go to Vielstone City Where the fighting gym leaders is go where the gym leader but there are to houses before going t the gym leader go to the 1st or 2nd if there's a lady whit a pachuritso talk to her and she will give you a massage and make her do one to bedew and its frienship will raise not only that but you get a free accesory or go the city next to the battle area to the west and there's like a manssion go to there on the second floor and they will give it another massage but you don't get nothing or keep it helthy in battes and keep it on your team Or give it berrys like a tomato berry (if you give it one one of its stas will go down you can get them from the berry master daily
