Pokemon diamond - evee evolution !?

Question

ok so i have all the new types and i cant seem to evolve into espeon , umberon ...i have bein given evees vitamins and leveln them up and i cant seem to help it grow ..

were do i buy more vitamins and help me evlove these !!! please ...and were can i get a latas , and a mylotic !?

u evolve eevee into espeon and umbreon by friendship. if they love u as much as they could (u can check on the friendship checker on poketech. if u touch and hold the eevee and two hearts appear, it loves u completely). if that happens and u gain a level, they evolve. espeon evolve at daytime while umbreon at night. umbreon evolves between 8pm-7:59am. espeon evolves between 8am-7:59pm

if u meant latias, the only way is to get it from migrating from ruby or emerald or any other game who has it. everyday, feebas's catching location changes. in 6 random water tiles in mt. coronet is where you'll find feebas by fishing. feebas evolves into milotic btw. the way to evolve feebas is to max out its beauty stat and gain a level then wah lah evolution into milotic.

ps. what amei said about swarming isn't right. its much harder to get a feebas. the easiest way is to get off gta or trade from someone.

like 10:00pm or something but make sure ur clocks right on ur game.

For espeon and umbreon, you have to get them to love you (they'd have two big hearts on the friendship app on the pocetch) and then level them up.  I suggest feeding them poffins and giving them massages.  They'll eventually evolve, don't worry ;P

As for latias, you need a previous version of the game and transfer it over via pal park.

To get milotic, you need to catch a feebass and evolve it.  The only way to get feebass (I think) is when it swarms around Mt Coronet.  It's rare, so you'll need to check what pokemon is swarming just about every day...

you need a certain type of stone to evolve them like thunder stone for that yellow one lolz i forget its name. As in yellow oe i mean eeve when you give it thunder stone.
