Pokemon diamond help? its not that hard?

i need to find clefable. i checked victory road and it wasnt in the fat mans path does anyone know exactly where i can see one so i casn add it to my pokedex. ive seen 149 pokemon i just need to see 1 more so i can get the national dex. help?!?!?!?!?
